One of the ways I grew my first six boot camp locations all to six-figures in 7 months was by making each workout an EVENT!
I figured there wasn’t a whole lot I could control in the world, but I COULD control if I gave my clients the MOST AWESOME experience ever.
I may not KNOW as much about the human body as some of the other trainers in my area, but I can DAMN SURE DESTROY them when it can to giving the ultimate boot camp experience.
And that’s exactly what I did, and I’m positive that it had a huge impact in my success.

Well besides bring heaping amounts of A.P.E (appreciation, passion and energy), it’s super important to NAME and THEME each of your workouts.

All the badass boot camp marketing in the world won’t save your boot camps from the “Boot Camp Grim Reaper” if they’re being compared to a $19 a month aerobics class.
Lately I’ve noticed some local boot camps falling into the trap of replicating exercises, movements and themes done in a aerobics classes.
Here’s why this can be a HUGE problem, and you may not even know it.
Most of your boot camp clients have either seen or been in some sort of classes offered at those huge chain gyms.
When you imitate anything done in one of those classes, your members either consciously or unconsciously make a comparison in their brain.
When this happens, the value of your boot camp goes WAY down, and they suddenly start feeling like they are paying too much.
What’s weird is, they might not even know why they are feeling like that.
The bad news is this usually leads to “unexpected client cancelations”
And that SUCKS gorilla balls!

Whether you’re a personal trainer or a a KICK ASS boot camp instructor, having “AUTHORITY” status will give you a HUGE advantage
And if you don’t, then you may be missing out on a whole bunch of cool stuff like:
- Charging higher rates
- Getting TONS more referrals
- Getting your ads up in restaurants
- Respect from other Trainers
- Easier sign ups
