You can use this tactic to make $2990 in 5 days ANY time you want…

Imagine how good you’ll feel when you use my tactic to make $2990 in five days…

You may even leave a cool comment on my blog…

Are you going to spend your $2990 wisely?

I’m sure you are,

Because only the smartest trainers read SteveHochman.com

So here’s what you need to do next to set up your
free 1-on-1 coaching call with me…
… And make $2990 in 5 days.

Email me and include your name and phone number.

My assistant Ariel will contact you to set up your coaching call.

The last time I offered a free coaching call I ended up setting up 44 calls.

(That was A LOT of calls, so I think this time I’ll only set up about 10)

Email me your name and phone number to stevehochmancoaching@gmail.com

Looking forward to making you $2990 richer!

Steve

Ps. I thought you might want to read an email that I got from Kelly Parker after she tried one of my other famous out-of-the-box marketing strategies. (This is not the same one that I’m going to teach you)

in less than 10 days I made just shy of $40,000.

I just wanted to let you know how it’s been going since the last call with you about the “20 Human Billboards” marketing strategy.

I thought it was a great call. I have been training small groups but not like that. And I never would have thought to open up times and have people choose their time spots.

Well right after the call I looked at my schedule to see when and how I could do this. I sent an email out to all my newsletter subscribers explaining how this “20 People Special” works.

4 days later I had my Chiropractor (I’m in the back of a chiropractor’s office) send an email out to all of his clients (hundreds) stating I only had 6 spots left.

I got so many emails it took me 2 hours to respond. Long story short, I have filled the 20 spots I planned and it cost me Nothing! Yeah!!!

And in less than 10 days I made just shy of $40,000. I’m excited and everyone signing up is excited. It’s the best win-win I’ve ever done!!

Thanks for having that call.

Like I said…

I’m only going to have my assistant set up 10 free coaching calls, so if you want to make $2990 over the next 5 days, and you’re serious about exploding your business…

Email your name and phone number to SteveHochmanCoaching@gmail.com and Ariel will set up our call.

I began using E.F.T. to auto debit my clients 9 years ago so I wouldn’t have to do the ONE THING I HATE the most…

And that’s being a friggin bill collector!

Pretty unexpectedly, I practically overnight I increased my revenue my 38%.

Another cool benefit of E.F.T is that you can just close your clients ONE TIME Vs. over and over again each time they have to resign.

Over the last 9 years I’ve seen and heard just about every objection possible, so I created the Steve Hochman method for overcoming excuses, objections and resistance to E.F.T.

The mind set – You’ll have 99% less objections if you’re prepared to walk away from the deal. Don’t let potential clients dictate how you run YOUR business

The “walk away close” – Tell them to select a program, fill out their cc info, then “walk away” to get their nutrition plan.

If t they don’t like giving out their credit card, then you say, no problem, I can use a voided check.

If they say they don’t want to be on auto debit, tell them this is how we do it here. One of the reasons I get such amazing results with my clients, is because I don’t have to spent time being an accountant or a bill collector, so I can dedicate way more time learning the latest, best, fastest and safest techniques for getting you in the best shape of your life.

If they still object to auto debit… Ask them to tell you their specific concerns. Never argue. Agree with their concerns. Then use the feel, felt, found method.

(Example) – Mrs. Jones I agree that giving out your credit card information can be very dangerous. I know exactly how you feel. I used to feel the same way. Then I found that with the way credit card companies work now, if there is ever a problem, they protect the consumer. Wouldn’t you agree?

If they STILL object to E.F.T. then pull out a separate contract (that is out of sight). On this contract, E.F.T. prices are listed next to cash prices which are 35% higher because of having to “pay a book keeper”

If they say they object to having to pay more for not being on E.F.T., then tell them you have 2 or 3 clients that pay the higher prices because they are not on E.F.T., and if you were charge less this time, it wouldn’t be fair to the others.

When to walk away – I’ve found that if a potential client doesn’t want to be on E.F.T. and refuses to pay higher prices for paying cash, then I would prefer NOT to have them as a client. Practically every time I’ve made an exception, I’ve regretted it and they ended being a high maintenance, problem client.

In life, you will get treated the way you permit people to treat you.

Hey BTW, I’ve had a lot of trainers ask me what E.F.T. companies are good out there… Who do you use for E.F.T?

Ladies and gentlemen… boys and girls… Back by popular demand, is part 2 of Craig Ballantyne’s five fitness marketing things you must do every month.

So without further ado…

Here’s Craig (and his dog)

After a sloppy dog walk through melting snow and muck here in Toronto, I
started reviewing my daily “Guiding Documents” and realized I still owe you
the 2nd part of Dan Kennedy’s “10 Things You Must Do Every Month”.

I’ve also added a couple of extra fitness marketing bonus tips to help you get more
bootcampers and build your bootcamp empire. You’ll notice a lot of these
tips come down to one thing – which I’ll point out at the end of the article.

6. Brainstorm about your customers

When we’re busy, it’s too easy to avoid the “thinking” part of running a
business. But stop and set aside an hour – or better yet, an entire morning -
and take a good long look at what you’re doing with your bootcamps.

Brainstorm – and debate with your trainers if applicable – what your
customers REALLY want. Would they prefer shorter workouts? More frequent
workouts? Could you survey your clients? And are you even listening to your
customers right now?

Your bootcamps don’t have to be conventional. If you train ultra-busy moms,
maybe the traditional hour-long bootcamp isn’t your best business model. You
don’t have to follow-the-leader when you can BE the leader and offer a
better alternative for your market.

7. Create experiences

From Transformation Contest to 300-style workout competitions to themed
workouts, there are lots of ways to make your bootcamp an even more
enjoyable experience than just “another fun group workout”.

And that’s the good thing about having more “competition in your town” from
other 2nd rate bootcamp owners. The competition drives you to be more
creative and separate yourself from the rest of the pack, therefore making
you even more money than if there was no competition at all.

So steal from Steve again here…and use his idea of themed workouts to get
a head start on creating a better experience with your bootcamps. You could
also do themed-weeks, or themed months (i.e. this week we’re focusing on
abs, or in March we’re focusing on beach-body workouts for Spring Break).

Tie your bootcamp experiences into “the water cooler talk” and you’ll get
more folks talking about your camps all day long.

8. Do 1 celebrity tie-in this month

Celebrities aren’t just famous actors, although you can use those in your
marketing as well. But to make it easier, you can also create celebrities
out of your campers.

You can have a “bootcamper of the day” award and then announce that to
everyone in all of your classes at the next day. This recognition will do
three things.

a) Make that person feel awesome
b) Make everyone else try harder so they get recognized as camper of the day
c) Get more people talking about the “camper of the day” award at their work
around the water cooler

And it doesn’t have to be awarded for performance…it could be for a good
deed, for most encouraging camper, or for community involvement. And it
doesn’t have to be camper of the day either, it could be a weekly or monthly
award…but its a great way to create celebrities.

In addition to creating your own celebrities, you should also try to tie in
to local celebrities…by inviting local radio, TV, and newspaper “legends”
to try out your camp.

Also, just listen in to what the local celebs are saying on air about their
health and fitness, or even about your county’s health and fitness…and
then you can mention on facebook, your blog, or in your paid advertising
about how “Randy the Radio Guy” says Orange County is more overweight this
year than in 2007…and so you’re challenging him to come out to your
bootcamp.

There are so many opportunities for you to tie in your camp to the local
conversation…so don’t miss out.

9. Question facts about selling fitness

Just because gyms have sent out flyers and done newspaper ads doesn’t mean
that it is the best way for you to advertise your fitness business and
bootcamp.

So take a hard look at all of your marketing and figure out if it is working
or if you are just doing it because “that’s what you’ve always done”.

Test and track all of your promotions. Cut the losers and keep the winners.

Test traditional media against new media.

Test all of Steve Hochman’s crazy ideas.

And test “promoting yourself” against “promoting your product”. Does your
market really care if they train with “Tommy the Trainer” or is it more
important for them to train in the “fastest fitness bootcamp in the county”?

Set your ego aside and figure out what really works for getting clients.

10. Promote something New & Improved

If you ever change locations, change the style of your bootcamp, get new
equipment, or become a Fit Body Bootcamp owner, then you darn well better
make a HUGE deal out of it.

Never miss a chance to promote yourself. Never miss a chance to tell the
world that the best bootcamp just got even better.

Bonus tip
Whenever you market your bootcamp, do it with extreme self-confidence &
superiority. This is no time to be timid, not when there are 2 new bootcamps
popping up in your backyard every week.

You’re the best trainer in your town, right? RIGHT?

Don’t be afraid to tell the world. Don’t be afraid to share the success
stories. Don’t be afraid to tell the world why you’re bootcamp is better
than the rest.

If you truly believe in your product, don’t hold back. And if you don’t, get
to work working on yourself, your training, and your bootcamp so that you
can market honestly with more confidence.

So these tips all really come down to one thing…You just need to be
AWESOME. Take some tips from Steve – Be fun, be cool, be different (and by
that I mean “good different”, not “Lenny Wankerstein-different”).

It’s pretty simple. If you’re cool, you’ll rock. If you aren’t, there’s
nothing wrong with being the brains behind the business and hiring awesome
trainers to go out there and deliver the experience.

Get out there and make a difference today.

To your success,

That’s exactly what Fit Body Boot Camp is doing with the “Burn the Fat, Feed the Hungry” global charity.

Here’s how it works… and how it can be your ultimate boot camp marketing strategy.

First you find a local charity.

Next you set a date to have a boot camp work-out-a-thon where 100% of the proceeds go to your charity.

Next you put out a press release about what you’re doing.

Then you contact the editors and producers of your local news stations, news papers, and radio stations, and invite them to your event.

Next you get local businesses, your friends, and boot camp members to both come to your charity event, and of course spread word to their friends.

And because the bigger your event is, the more donations your charity will receive, they will be more than happy to use all of their connections and resources to promote your event, and get you maximum media exposure.

You’ll be helping people in need.

You begin to position your self as the local fitness expert.

You’ll dramatically raise local awareness of you boot camp.

You’ll get a ton of new leads for your boot camp.

You’ll probably end up on the news, in the paper or on the radio (or all of the above if you do it right)

You’ll have made contact with the editors and producers of the local media outlets (some may even participate in your event, putting you one step closer to having a regular weekly segment on the news as the local fitness expert.

Fit body boot camp owners get our complete “done-for-you” media kit, as well as unlimited coaching with me and Bedros every step of they way.

That’s correct, part of owning a Fit Body Boot Camp is that you get UNLIMITED guidance with me and Bedros.

That kind of individual attention can easily run $9,000 – $14,000

What’s crazy is you get TONS more than that with Fit Body Boot Camp for a fraction of the price…

In fact, we will be opening Fit Body Boot Camp for the next 24 hours, then closing it again.

We want to make sure that we only take on a few more Fit Body boot Camp’s at a time so we can work one-on-one with our Fit Body Boot Camp owners.

To learn more about owning your own FBBC just click here.

Hey – Steve here with a very special guest post from my friend Craig Ballantyne.

It blows my mind how Craig continually gets MASSIVE amounts of STUFF DONE as he continues to grow his fitness empire!

Craig was cool enough to share 5 of his top fitness marketing secrets you must do every month to explode your business this year.

So without further ado… Here’s Craig.

Everyday I get up and start my day with a 60 minute dog walk here in Toronto. When I get home, I start work by reviewing 6 different secret documents that guide me, inspire me, and motivate me to keep pushing, and keep churning out the content, workouts, blog posts, and help for my clients.

One of those documents is a list of “10 things you must do every month” from one of Dan Kennedy’s “No BS” business books. Each day I review one of the 10 and see how it can guide me on an email I’m writing, a product I’m creating, or even just how it can give me a kick in the butt to finish a project.

So what I’ve done for you is taken 5 of the 10 and applied them to your boot camp marketing. Review one of these everyday – Monday to Friday – and it will give you insanely effective ideas for getting more campers and keeping them happy.

1. Find people with unmet specialized needs & and match your business to them

As a smart boot camp owner, you know that you can’t be everything to
everyone. In fact, you’re better off being a super-hero to a small group of
people.

So look at your boot camp and city demographics…is there a subset of the
population that has unmet fitness needs? Do you have a special attribute
that makes you more relevant to them than any other expert in town?

Here’s an example…when I was down in Tampa Bay last October at Joel
Marion’s mastermind meeting, I went for a walk around the water where I
stumbled across a boot camp of mom’s – each who had brought a kid in a
stroller. Even the trainer had a kid in the stroller.

Now they didn’t use the stroller for the workout – someone watched the kids -
but that’s a unique angle that I don’t see too many others exploiting.

There’s gotta be some market in your area that is being neglected.

2. Increase and improve the consistency and frequency of client and prospect contact

Here’s just a few ways you can do this. First, Steve Hochman has the awesome idea of sending texts to clients during the day, recognizing them and supporting them. You could easily have a system for doing that, or even a daily motivational quote email. That’s a perfect reminder without overstepping on their already crammed inbox.

Second, you could build a powerful Facebook community where you post the motivational quote, recognize folks, and survey them for what they want to see in the camp or what “special reports” they’d like you to create.

Do NOT underestimate how cool you can make someone feel simply by asking them for their opinion. I recently did surveyed my TT readers on an important topic and the feedback was overwhelming – and I’m simply talking about the feedback readers gave me saying that they were honored I’d ask them for their input. Powerful little tool there.

Third, use all of that info above in a blog setting. Same tips apply. However, what I’ve found is that most people prefer having info delivered either on facebook or by email…adding a blog simply becomes just another website to go to…and right now they only have room for “3 online places” – their work email, personal email, and Facebook.

3. Create a different voice to use in your marketing

This is the funnest way to market. You’ve seen Steve do his Lenny Wankerstein impression in videos, and pretty much everyone loves it and watches those videos with more interest than when it’s plain old Steve.

In my business, one of my most famous emails was written to my prospects as if it came directly from their Belly Fat. You can read it here:

=> http://turbulencetraining.blogspot.com/2008/09/letter-from-your-belly-fat.html

The possibilities for this tip are endless…and its fun. And the more you can make a prospect smile, the better the chance you have of them becoming a camper.

4. Develop and offer info of interest as bait to build list

Three tips here. The first is to create a really cool free report for your blog/website or even Facebook page on the #1 problem of your typical client. Whatever keeps them up at night, that’s what you have to be talking about and showing them that you have the solution.

The second tip is obvious…simply use a free session as a way to get new people to try your boot camp.

And the third way this applies to your boot camps is to use the 21-Day Rapid Fat Loss program that Steve and Bedros won’t shut up about. If you haven’t used that yet, don’t wait any longer. This is the best time of year to do it.

5. Give customers a choice and get their say

As I mentioned before, its amazing how good you can make people feel just by giving them a little recognition. So survey them, get them involved in picking some components of the boot camp, and you should even let them LEAD the boot camps at some point.

I have one section of the TT Bootcamps that I call “Fun’n'Games”, and one game is to have a camper come up and lead the camp for a minute. They simply do whatever they want and the group follows along. Then switch the leader after a minute.

Give a few people the torch to lead and you will make their day…they’ll go into work and be raving about how they were the bootcamp leader today and then their co-workers will want to try it too. A cool referral tool – just by letting someone else do the work for you!

Alright, that’s it for now.

If you are nice and good little kiddies and you leave 20 comments, I might come back and give you the other 5 parts of Dan Kennedy’s list of the 10 things you must do every month.

Check out Craig Ballantyne’s killer DONE-FOR-YOU TT-Boot camp workouts here

Why would you want to waist your time trying to reinvent the wheel, when you can just model yourself after someone who has already accomplished what you want to accomplish.

If you’re serious about crushing it this year, then getting a mentor is huge.

There is no way I would be anywhere near where I am today if it wasn’t for having the right coaches in my life.

It’s not that you can’t, or wont be successful without one, maybe you will…

But it’s so cool to know that you can push FULL SPEED AHEAD because you know that 100% of your efforts are going in the right direction.

But getting the right coach is key.

So would we be a good “fit”

Well I’m not sure, that depends if you feel you can benefit from my expertise and experience.

*I have owned a jam packed personal training studio that virtually runs on auto-pilot for 9 years.
*I opened 6 six-figure boot camp locations over 7 months… All run by other trainers while I sleep.
*I opened a boot camp franchise with my partner Bedros in under 8 months, with over 100 locations worldwide (and growing at light speed)
*I have multiple internet income streams.
*I’ve written fitness website sales copy that in just over 4 months produced more than 100 clients and $18k per month re-occurring income… All from the internet.
*Because of my seo (search engine optimization) knowledge, all my websites show up on the first page of Google.
*I make 100% of my income without having to train a single client, so I am free to do what ever I want, when ever I want.

So why am I telling you all this?

It’s not to brag, but I wanted you to clearly see how getting coached by someone who’s already “done-it” can cause you to accomplish your “dream” 10, 20 even 100x’s faster.

But I would not be honest if I told you that your gonna have all this by magic.

You have to be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.

You have to not WANT success, but be 100% COMMITTED to success.

If you are dead set on not just wanting your dream, but living it, then I am beyond pumped to coach you ever step of the way, and show you every secret, shortcut and resource to making your dreams a reality.

If you don’t get coached by me, make sure you get coaching somewhere else… It’s critical.

You can get on board my coaching program here

Here’s to crushing it in 2010,
Steve

Ps. If you do the same things as you did last year, you can expect the same results.

If ya really think about it, every experience in life comes down to perspective.

For instance, if you go to the movies in the daytime, when you get out it seems really bright outside.

But it’s no brighter than it was when you went in, it’s just that your eyes became adjusted to the dark movie theater.

So in perspective to the “dark”, the “light” seems SO much brighter.

I’m sure you’ve jumped into a hot tub and it felt boiling hot… Until you got used to it, then it felt soooo warm and relaxing.

Why? Perspective.

The same works with “fear”

Depending on how you look at it, will determine your “experience”

For example, one of the things I do when I get scared about walking up to strangers to get leads for my boot camps, I just think, if I was in Afghanistan, and people were shooting at me, it would be WAY more scary than going up to strangers.

I could actually die or become crippled, compared to someone just saying they’re not interested.

When I use that “perspective” the fear disappears, or at least gets way less.

So next time you feel “fear” kick it in the butt with some perspective.

Fitness Marketing Mindset Series #3
Click here to view the embedded video.

One of the biggest factors that made opening six, six-figure boot camp locations in just 7 months happen was…

ENERGY!

So how do YOU experience heaping amounts of endless, contagious, client attracting energy day in and day out?

Simple, NEVER wake up because you have clients in the morning.

That’s right, it’s a terrible reason to get up.

Instead, figure out what your “Life dream” is, and wake up everyday for THAT!

Think about it.

If you give your clients the “energy” of showing up because THEY are there, that’s “ok”.

But, it if you give your clients the energy of you showing up because it’s a step your taking to achieve your true “life dream”, your ENERGY will be 100x’s greater, and so will their experience.

In other words, your clients will benefit, you’ll attract floods of referrals, and your business will explode.
