Steve, this sound awesome! I have been working on implementing your 10×10 salon technique and have actually gotten some pretty good results. One thing to keep in mind is that most hairstylists, also do a TON of side jobs in peoples homes. I have actually gotten better results when they do these than from the actual salon. Something to keep in mind when setting this up. Give them enough referral tools for both situations.

Anytime I am looking for new and different ideas, I only have to check my email to discover another of Steve’s GREAT ideas. Steve is the master of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid)… I had spent six months planning my boot camp launch. When I opened in January, I had 24 people enrolled and most have continued through February. Steve Hochman’s ideas are the reason I am so close to having 6 figure bootcamps. Given another 3 months of putting Steve’s new Boot Camp Formula 5 into action and I will be right on the money hitting my 6 figure target in the 2nd year of operation.

We met Steve at FBS09 and they guy rocked the house. Not only do all of his ideas work, he has helped us make a nice income with a lot of his little tips and tweaks. He is also an awesome, energetic guy to talk to, and he acts like he has known you forever, even though you may have just met 5 minutes ago. That speaks volumes to me and shows me how I need to be with people, and campers. Take care of your campers, don’t talk down to them, be their friend. Take them to lunch, call or text them.
