“Speak It Into Existence Part 1“ was one of the most poular posts of all time on on Stevehochman.com.
In the video, Adam was getting up at 2:30am to walk an hour and 15 minutes through a snow storm to ge to his boot camp.
See what’s happened since Adam’s last video.
http://www.stevehochman.com/video/speak2.flvWe can all learn a HUGE lesson form Adam…
For one, it gives us perspective…
In other words, after watching that video, I feel so grateful for living in sunny California, having a car, and not having to get up at 2:30 in the friggin morning.
But ya know what?
I bet Adam enjoys all the little things more now, like having a car, sleeping in and not having to freeze his A#$ off in snow storms.
Hey thanks a ton Adam for having the GUTS to share your amazing story with us bro!
You are an INSPIRATION!
Adam Owns Fit Body Boot Camp in Toronto Canada and he is living proof that if you have a dream, and take massive action everyday, you will be unstoppable.
Be sure to leave Adam a comment about how his video inspired you!

Adam you are going to be a beast!
I mean you have a vission that is unfolding right before your eyes. I had a dream that I would own a fitness facility and I woke up and told my wife about the dream. I then took all the steps to make it happen… and it did! I’ve been in business for over 15 years now!
All because I spoke it into existence!
I’m telling you this not to brag, but to encourage you to keep on keeping on speaking your dreams into existence. I didn’t really realize how long I’ve been working for myself in my own business. You inspired me to take it to the next level. I have a hand full of trainers renting space at my 10,000 square foot facility.
But I’m still not where I should be! Thanks to Steve and Bedros, I see the bigger picture and I’m making the changes that I need to take it to the next level. It’s time for me to step away from the 1-on-1 personal training completely and bump up my one boot camp to 3 or 4 boot camps!
Adam you are the man… hang in there, you’re on your way to SUCCESS!
By the way we have about 24 inches of snow on the ground.
Plus my mother just passed away this Friday, she had MS, but she was a fighter!
Hey Steve, You Rock!

Hey Adam and Steve
Thanks for sharing this inspiration video. So glad for you Adam that it will be just 15 minutes for you to get to the camp in the morning. Most people would have given up with the 2.30am walk.

Can almost not begin to describe the difference. Funny thing is the first day (Friday) I got to drive my car to Bootcamp I got up at 4:02 as opposed to 2:30 and I didn’t know where I was LOL.. I actually went back to bed because I thought it was a Non Bootcamp Day… then 10 minutes later I jumped outta bed thinking S!@# it’s a Friday!!
LoL… sweetest part was I left at 4:48 and got to my spot at 5:02… what an AMAZING difference
Cheers for the support mate

If part 1 & 2 don’t inspire someone, they have no pulse.
That was awesome.

Hey Adam,
That was a super post, but as a Winnipegger I’m sorry to say you Torontonians don’t know what cold weather is
Something so simple as repeating a powerful sentence or two can make a huge difference in how we see ourselves and our successes. I imagine being NLP certified has helped you as a boot camp owner and as an individual.
Thanks again for that post and the idea of doing something like this. It’s entertaining, motivating and we learn something, too.

@Paul – thanks for the good words mate
@Sara – Dun forget I’m not even an official Torontonian – us Aussies really don’t know this insanity you guys call Winter. I have seen the weather reports for Winnipeg and each time I wonder how the bloody hell 600 odd thousand of you do it! LoL.. I’ll visit some day I’m sure
Cheers
