Great stuff Steve, and thanks for the little uplift. Perspective is key and you hit the nail on the head with this one. Who cares if we fail once or twice? I've found that when I push myself through the fear, it actually turns out great because people really respect that you just call them or walk up to them and ask then if they want to work with you or create a partnership with their business.
Keep it up!

Great Post, Steve. Fear has been holding me back for many years. That's why I never ACTED on my training certification. But now I'm DOING IT! As my confidence increases my fear decreases.

Thanks for the great tips!

that was great Steve, it helps me bust out of my fear barrier (of being rejected) when you post these small videos like that spartan one (bad ass). It's not happening all at once, but to be honest, it's coming along, and that to me is all I need at this point in my life. : ) Be Good!

Hey Steve... or anyone else out there,
With the whole gymnastics center, what do you offer them as far as rent or in return for using the property? I approached an MMA place and the guy wanted 50% profit!!! Another gymnastics center said NO! because there was a gym next door.. hmm. other than that, I just have no idea what to offer a gymnastics/cheerleading/soccer center or even a school. Where I live... it's an overgrown town so there aren't many options for centers as much as schools.
Any ideas?!

Steve... another great motivation. Your analogy with the roller-coaster is perfect. Perspective changes everything in your life. Now that I'm finishing up my tour in Iraq, I will have new appreciation for so many things I didn't before I left the states because my perspective has changed. There was one night here that changed my life forever... A motor hit the base, about 18 feet from the building I was in. That put new perspective on everything... removed fear from a lot of things.

Steve your awesome.

Steve,

Awesome post bro!

I've been getting comfortable at getting uncomfortable.

It's almost a rush facing your fears and conquering them!

Thanks!

I was just talking to a friend about this last week and found that was exactly my problem. I was looking at it from the wrong perspective. When I felt the fear my concious mind would be ready to talk to people but something was always holding me back. Putting it into perspective and looking at it from another angle has made a big difference and I'm not so hard on myself anymore because of it.

That was a good vid Steve and I like how you related it to people shooting at you. Immediately its a perspective change and you realize how easy you really have it living out here and how much you take for granted. Have to be grateful and thankful for what you have now before you can really move forward.

Bro that was Tony-Robbins-inspiring. I love it. You kinda look like him too with your gotee haha. I wish there was more man - I'd add it to my collection of things I listen to when I drive. It was seriously that good, but then again everything you put out there is ;)

Talk to you later,
Dave
