Fitness Marketing Mindset Series #2
(The Biggest Mistake With Visualization)

http://www.stevehochman.com/video/mindset2.flv

When I showed you the biggest mistake with visualization at 7:59 into the video, did you discover that YOU  have made that mistake?

I know I sure have…

So what can you take away from this…

1. If you own a fitness studio or boot camp, spend at least 3 minutes a day when it is empty, visualizing that is is PACKED with RAVING CLIENTS, and there are hundreds more lined literally lined up around the building waiting to get in.

2. When you visualize, the more intense emotion ya feel the better.

In other words, the more REAL you can make it feel, the more powerful and effective it will be.

picture-73. Do NOT make the biggest and most common visualization mistake by intensely feeling that you DON’T have what you want yet.

That’s a bad feeling, and visualization is all about feeling super excited and good.

Rather, feel as if you already have what you “want”.

And experience that excited “butterfly feeling” in the pit of your stomach, and carry that feeling with you through out the day.

2010 is going to be YOUR year to quantum leap your success.

Stay tuned for the next installment of the Fitness Marketing Mindset Success Series.

Rock on!

  6. Steve!!! This mindset series is mind-blowing!! That’s one aspect of visualization that I never really thought of….actually being in/going to the place where you believe the magic will happen. I tend to visualize in my quiet room in the morning or at night, but I can’t wait to go to my studio tomorrow and put this into action. I can already feel the excitement I’ll have after doing it.. Thanks for the great video/post. Can’t wait till the next!!

  10. ya Kevin, I remember a year ago when you came to my first boot camp, there was only 3 or 4 of you and it was outdoors, pitch dark and freezing cold.

I remember telling you that I am visualizing Fit Body Boot Camp helping people all over the world…

    8 months later over 100 locations in 6 countries…

    This stuff is so powerful.

  11. #3 is so crucial and important. Its easy to get frustrated when times are tough, but you gotta keep pushing through. If you imagine yourself with abundance, it will come into your life.

  12. Great timing with the Mindset series Steve. When I first got on the Fit Body train I was doing the visualizing and was good for the first month and then fell off the wagon. All of a sudden I wasn’t seeing the same opportunities or taking action on the things I should have. 2010 is going to be a year of change!
