Hi,

Thought I was the first one to reply to this offer. Sent an email 15minutes after this blog post but the email was rejected.

Can we get the email address updated.

Cheers

I'm kind of conflicted on what direction to go to. I want my workouts to come off as intense but fun. I still want aim it towards women.

Hi Lou,
This blog post couldn't have come at a better time. For too long I've wandered among various client types, but never finding much satisfaction from any of them. The reason is that I still need to define my business and my ideal client.
My website also reflects this chaotic client targeting - focusing on too many areas of fitness. My site does look cluttered and I think viewers would be confused with what I really offer up. As a relatively new business owner, I think we get ourselves caught up trying to be all training things to all people. That's a recipe for disaster.

Thanks again Lou.
