The best part about all of it is that life is SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING and ENTERTAINING when YOU EMBRACE FEAR and GO AFTER YOUR DREAMS! There is a reason people love roller coasters, sky diving, bungie jumping, fights, and extreme sports (my little brother is a professional bull rider and I think he’s f-in crazy, but he loves it). Because the adrenaline rush that we get when we feel fear is addictive man! I freakin love it and it’s even better that by living in an exciting way I now know I’ll live a more exciting life and I’ll achieve more success because of it!

Its so true and i consider him one of the best out their taking no prisoners.

But it is really humbling to know that even he and Steve and all the ones at the top at one point in their lives felt fear.

But the difference is that they eventually stood up to the bully (fear) cuz thats what it is, a f*ckn bully and looked at it in the eyes and said “lets dance bitch”.

I am on my own journey right now and have decided to dance with this bitch. And you know what…I am getting better and better.

As a matter of fact the bitch(fear) is starting to get tired while my conditioning is getting better and better.

And like every bully that you stand up to, even though it might get the best of you, if you punch it in the nose and let it know that its in for a fight, it eventually backs down and goes looks for someone that is easier and wont give it a good fight.

The year 2010 is finally going to be my breakout year.

And its all because of the DECISION I made to face the bully a couple of years ago no matter what, because i’d rather die on my feet then make a so called living on my knees.

It is how most people live their lives unfortunately. Freedom is what we are all after and you have to overcome all of the above if you wish to claim your freedom.

Over time….

I wanted to work in fitness full time so I quit my job

I wanted to work for myself 100% so I left a gym

I wanted to make more money so I spent more on my education and used debt effectively

I’ve got so much more I want to accomplish and scaring the shit out of me is one great method to do that.

It took me 5 years to finally leave my job….

Every year it got harder and harder b/c I was making more and more $$ at my job and I was scared of what would happen if I left it.

I really hit rock bottom though and could not stand the pain of missing my kids anymore AND, the biggest one was I would feel like I couldn’t walk the talk for my kids, so if I ever told them to go for greatness, how could they ever take my advice if I never did so myself?

Again, you’re right on. Everything you say on your website/blog is so true. More people need to read your blog, and comment on it because when you get a group of people like you have, when they all start masterminding, and commenting on your stuff, everyone is going to benefit.
