  1. Rock on with the books Steve!

It’s killer to hear you suggest Dyer and The Power of Intention.
If you want to take it to the “next level” read Power vs. Force by Dr. David Hawkins.

Dyer refers to this book many, many times in The Power of Intention.

Thanks again for all the kick butt tactics!

  2. Well firstly “eating” Fish oil. Not recommended.. Yes swallowing whole is awesome.. and one of THE BEST supplements on the market but eating..

yeah I tried that once.. got through 15 of them before my taste buds decided to tell my stomach to rebel.. cannot describe the aftermath except to say “It was just like a Tuna milkshake ONLY crunchy!!!”

Simple word of advice on motivation.

Before I step out of my car to walk into the gym.. I always pump up the radio tunes and say to myself.

    I want… I will .. I can… I Do.. I AM!!
    I want success
    I will have success
    I can be successful
    I DO deliver Success and
    I AM Successful!!

I want to be a Personal Trainer
I will be a Personal Trainer
I can be a Personal Trainer
I do Personal Training and my clients love me for it.
    I AM THE Personal trainer..

    I want.. I will.. I Can.. I DO.. I AM!!!

    cheers The Davis.
