Quick Question: Don’t you need to use more than one email address to post like this?

I like using the same ad and changing the title or using the same title and changing the ad. If I use 3 different email addresses I can successfully post without getting flagged on a routine basis. Some weeks CL seems to flag just randomly and I can’t figure out why.
