Billy -

Thank you man! It's been a pleasure to work with you

Bob -

Flags can be delivered by either. Yes, unfortunately I don't think there are any restrictions on flagging people. If someone flags you (even your competition) your post will go down immediately. At least from what I understand.

Oh and here is the HTML for the small text on CL...

You've Just Found What Will Finally Make You Lose Weight, Get Tone, Have A 10x Stronger And Healthier Body, And Have A Blast In North Aurora, Illinois Ultimate Fat Loss Boot Camp!

You want to have the ""
tag and then the ""
afterward. Without the quotes of course. I put like 10 of each before and after, respectively, my words and it was super small. :)

Oh and quick question about flagging...

Are the flags delivered by CL staff or by site viewers? For example: can my competitor flag my post (with the little flagging section in the top right when viewing a post) to have it instantly removed?

Curious exactly how that works.

Thanks again!

Oh whoops the HTML didn't show up. Basically, for each of your ads copy/paste 4-5 random sentences at the very bottom. Look up the HTML for font size so you can make it really tiny and no one can read it.

Hey Bob,

I've never been a big fan of using just one ad because I like to test different ads. And when people respond to my ads, I like to find out why they responded to them. Then I can make ads based on the strong points of each of my ads, based on the feedback of people who called me.

Also, as long as you keep deleting, you won't get flagged. However there's a trick to this that I forgot to mention in the blog post... Maybe I'll see if Steve can add it in...

The trick is to go on-line, and find 4-5 sentences that have nothing to do with your ad. Copy paste those sentences into the bottom of your ad inside of a HTML tag that says RANDOM TEXT HERE

This will make really tiny text that no one can read - and it will make Craigslist think that you have posted a unique ad.

Thanks for the question!

Great post...

My question is...what about Groups and activities?

If you get the chance find David and have him work his magic for you with his Craigslist Dominator ads...I hired him months ago and I'm extremely happy with his work

David,

Great post!

Quick Question: Don't you need to use more than one email address to post like this?

I like using the same ad and changing the title or using the same title and changing the ad. If I use 3 different email addresses I can successfully post without getting flagged on a routine basis. Some weeks CL seems to flag just randomly and I can't figure out why.

What experience & advice do you have with this?

Thanks!

Leanne -

I'm looking forward to seeing you too! Just a few days from now!

Christian -

You could call it relentless... but really when you break it down it's about 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes in the evening. But you're right - it's every day. But for me, when I was using this to advertise my guitar lessons business, it was always worth it when I'd get 1-2 clients consistently every week (at the minimum).

Best of luck! Feel free to e-mail me at DTendrich@gmail.com to let me know how it goes and if you have any questions.

Peace,
David
