You wanna work out hard you listen to Disturbed….Like the first post says…..Then there is Skindred for some metal Ragae that is awesome…A band called Stemm, they do the heavy songs you hear on the UFC intros and the ultimate fighter…Slipknot is a winner….And some Old Rage Against The Machine pumps ya up too
