  1. Hey guys – I have been watching Bedros’s stuff for years – haven’t really loved it but he and Steve H together are looking to be a lethal combination. Really pay attention to this FitBodyBootcamp concept. It is going to be a huge moneymaker! If you have a personality and drive then this is the system you are wanting to have.

  12. Steve…you’re amazing! Thanks for the video on how to rally the troops – both clients and trainers. I’ve been visiting your blog for 3 weeks now and I have seen the light. I only wish I had done this sooner because the content you provide is real and honest and raw, mixed in with a huge dose of passion and enthusiasm.

Like Luke’s comment above, I too, am so fired up to build my own team of trainers for boot camps and a studio. Thanks again.

  13. Steve – terrific videos!

I remember a few years into my personal training career when I started to burn both ends of the candle and it completely wore me out.

    My own workouts suffered.

    My clients workouts suffered.

It wasn’t fun anymore — for me or for them.

So, I switched up my schedule a little bit, learned when to say NO (an often overlooked necessity), and brought the ENERGY BACK!!

Anyway, keep up the great work!

    Best,
    Boh

  21. Steve,

For all of the people reading or working with Steve for the first time, know that all of his stuff works when you apply it with passion, belief, and positive energy.

The workout video was the bomb. Reminded me of the old days when we had our hand signs and big ass classes inside your NLF!

I learned alot from those sessions.

I still have “Mission Destroy” as a workout mindset and it always fires me up.

I agree with you when you said a trainer can say the same exact words with different body language and that makes all of the difference.

Here are some things I learned by working with you:

    1. Never, ever, fu*ken sit down or lean against anything when you are training clients. Its the worst thing you can do to send your clients energy to change their lives.

    2. Always act as if you are training 20 clients even if you are just training 2. You bring more energy and eventually attract the visualized 20.

    3. Laugh and stop being so uptight. Many of our clients are bored with their lives, jobs, and themselves and just want to freaken laugh! Buy a fake rat, wear a clown nose, pay a little person stripper to come and dance during a workout.

Remember the clown close I did with your rat in my hand?!

    Haha!

    4. Act as if a camera were always on you following you around on a reality TV show. YOu would always bring your best if you knew millions of people were watching you.

    5. Use positive thinking. See the cup as half full. Be an optimist and see solutions rather than just problems. The answers are always out there, we just have to retrain our subconscious to see them with visualization and writing down our goals.

I really learned the mindset to succeed from you Steve. After leaving competitive sports I did not know how to apply it to real life until I started working for myself and got around you.

Those days were life changing and they are all stored in my head.

Thank you for all of your support.

    THIS

    IS
