One of the best yet Steve, will have to watch this vid every day for the next few days.

Its funny how I've had business coaches as clients who will say this stuff all day long but then struggle with their health and fitness which is here I come in and tell them the exact same, that it is a big change and sacrifices have to be made but if you really want it you got to embrace being out of your comfort zone.

Thanks Steve

Good stuff.
Everything you need you already have.
I love that!

Yeah, going into the land of the uncomfortable is where true happiness is.

It's funny how I can do that in the gym, but of ten forget these principles in my business life.

Thanks, Steve! :-)

Steve,

Awesome stuff, man! The analogy of overcoming inertia and feeling the forces pushing against you when you're starting to accelerate through life is fantastic!

Just like with working out, when you start to feel uncomfortable is when you're starting to make some progress. If you stay totally within your comfort zone then you're not going to change your situation.

Like I tell my clients (got it from Dave Tate): "The exercises that you hate the most and make you the most uncomfortable are probably the ones that you should be doing". Running a business is the same way. What makes most trainers uncomfortable? Going out and contacting businesses for lunch and learns, finding joint ventures, chatting up people at the grocery store, natural food store, and the fitness section of the bookstore, Victoria's Secret (ok, maybe I like that one). Instead they'd rather do what I'm doing right now, which is sitting alone behind a computer, writing comments, and being comfortable.

I guarantee you that this comment won't get me a new client in the next couple of days, but that I'll pick up some good prospects later today with a less comfortable field trip.
