71 Tips To Massive Success

Posted by stevehochman on Wednesday, July 8th, 2009

I’m gonna tell ya one hell-of-a CRAZY storyeeeeee

But first, I’m gonna tell you something kinda embarrassing, but it’s the TRUTH.

And to be honest, I don’t think I’d be who I am today if I didn’t go through it.

You see, up until I was 23, I had the hardest time making friends, had no business or job, low self esteem, homeless… Basically, I was down and out BIG TIME.

But the strange thing was that I had moments of VICTORY… Moments of UNSTOPPABLE SUCCESS.

Like when I set a goal to get an athletic scholarship to the #1 ranked school in the nation… AND I FRIGGIN DID IT – Even though 99% of the people around me told me I was crazy, I was dreaming too big… I DID IT.

eee Or when I set a goal to bench press 475 lbs… I freaking did it.
(I don’t do anything even close to that know :-D )

But I also had huge failures, like losing my athletic scholarship… And not being respected by my peers… (I didn’t deserve it at the time)

But all that changed when I stumbled upon m first mentor.

He was a 50 year old crazy Vietnam vet turned successful multiple business owner named Travis Mayfield.  This guy is one of the scariest, and most honest and cool dudes you’ll ever meet.

His nicknamed is 3-Dog cuz he got 2 of his fingers blown off in a boobie trap… Then after killing up a bunch of VC for some payback, he was evacuated in a chopper… Then the chopper was blown outta the sky by an RPG (rocket propelled grenade).  A bunch of shrapnel got blasted into his eyes and when he finally fought his way back to the base, he was blind for 6 months.

A couple of years ago, he had a heart attack and was back to work the next day!  (who does that?!)

Not only that, for the last 10 years, he calls me at 2:30am EVERY MORNING to leave me a motivational pump up message.

I’ve even seen him workout with broken ribs. (I told you he’s one crazy dude)

Travis is an EXPERT in mental toughness and using your mind, to create your reality.

He has a rule… NEVER say or think the word can’t or try.

This dude was my FIRST TRUE MENTOR and he CHANGED MY LIFE.wwe

He got me to read some of the most influential books of my life like, How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Who Moved My Cheese, The Power of Intention by Dr Wayne Dyer, The Greatest Salesman in the World by OG Mandino and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.

And that’s when it happened.

That’s when I became CONSISTENTLY successful.

So now it’s my turn to pass on my knowledge so that YOU can be CONSISTENTLY SUCCESSFUL.

Here are 71 tips to MASSIVE SUCCESS

1. Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.

2. Write down your goals.

3. Don’t talk about the problem, talk about the solution.

4. Be a YOU person, not a ME person.

5. Give to get

6. Be genuinely interested in people

7. It’s better to make 1000 mistakes than do zero things perfect.

we 8. Go to sleep visualizing your life’s dream, as if it’s already  happening, and your subconscious mind will figure out how to make it happen.

9. Surround your self with positive people “pushers”

10. Follow your passion

11. Give, Give, Give

12. Take no prisoners, take no shit

16. Set yearly, monthly, weekly and daily goals.

17. OVER deliver

18. No is just an objection to be overcome.

24. Make people feel IMPORTANT.

25. Give appreciation… Lots and lots.
26. You may not be the smartest, strongest or most knowledgeable, but you can for damn sure be the HARDEST WORKER.

28. Visualize what you want until you feel that swirling feeling in your stomach… Then hold that feeling as long as possible.

29. If you feel like you can’t do something say, “but if I could do it, what would I do”

30. The key to success is raise your ENERGY, when you do, people will naturally be attracted to you.

31. Your income can only grow as much as you do… To change the visible, first you gotta change the invisible.

32. Say your goals in present tense in front of a mirror each morning and evening (I’d rather be really goofy and RICH, than really cool and really  broke)
33. The first step to CHANGE is AWARENESS.

34. Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it.

35. Rich people believe, “I create my life.” “poor people believe “life happens to me.”

37. Stay far away from complainers.exotic-car-pagani-zonda

38. Every time you blame, justify or complain, you’re slitting your financial throat.

39. Rich people play the money game to win, poor people play the money game not to lose.

40. The number one reason people don’t get what they want is cuz they don’t know what they want.

41. Rich people are committed to being rich, poor people want to be rich.
42. You will get paid in direct proportion of the value you deliver.

43. The more people you help, the richer you become

44. Poor people make choices based on fear, “what if it doesn’t work?”

45. Rich people believe, “It will work cuz I’ll make it work.”

46. Get ready the best you can, in a short of time as possible, take action, then correct along the way.

47. Action always beats inaction

48. If you resent what people have in any way, shape or form, then you can never have it.hhh

49. NEVER be the most successful person in your group of friends cuz people earn within 20% of the income of their closest friend.

50. once a week read biographies and watch documentaries of people who have attracted MASSIVE SUCCESS.

51. NEVER talk negatively about yourself… Your words send a strong message to your subconscious and the universe.

52. You have an ethical obligation to SELL your prospects on your service that they need.

53. The road to success is NEVER the comfortable one.

54. If you have BIG problems then you probably have SMALL thinking.eeee

55. If you are not willing to recieve, then you are RIPPING OFF those who want to give to you.

56. Don’t watch the news… You can’t feel bad enough to make someone else feel good.

57. Be in a constant state of appreciation.

58. NEVER work for “hourly” pay.

59. Know your net worth

60. Work smarter by outsourcing

61. Create, then delegate.

62. If you want to create wealth or any other kind of success, you have to be a warrior.
You have to be willing to do what ever it takes, you have to train yourself to not be stopped by anything.

63. NEVER wake up to work… Wake up to achieve your life’s dream.thumbsup_steve_whitebackground

64. Learn to like fear… Tell it you want to friggin party.

65. Only take advise from people who are more successful than you are.

66. Hire a coach

67. Get an assistant… Seriously.

68. Walk around feeling as if you already are the success you want to achieve.

69. Systematize and automate your business.

70. Create a business that can run without you.

71. When you are maintaining your biz, like training clients, you are working IN your biz (your job) When you are growing the biz, like marketing and creating systems that run without you, you are working ON your biz. (Know the difference and spend at least 80% of your time ON the biz.

  18. BEST MOTHER F***IN’ POST IN THE F**IN’ WORLD BRUDDAH!

U rock like a MoFo Steve!!!!!!!!

What the heck can I add??? Hmmmmmm…..

Tough call here, but lemme bust out afew:

    1) Don’t follow the “rules” – following the rules means you’re just like everyone else.

    2) Write… A LOT…speak from the heart, speak from your gut…if you can’t find your creative side, have 1 or 2 drinks, put on your favorite movie or CD and then start writing, I bet you’ll crank some killa shizza

    3) “Fire” people who are “assholes” – got a client, parent of a client, biz relationship, etc where the person is a dick or an asshole, tell him “Sionara Mother F**er!!!”

    4) Run your biz like you don’t need the money – this gets your mind set on track to start doing what you love, NOT what other peeps tell U to do

    5) Do a little more than others are willing to do. Doing a little more often makes the difference of earning a lot more.

    6) Genuinely Care about your clients, show the love! Show them that anyone in your “family” is taken care of BIG time

Steve, you’re an awesome man, this will never be forgotten!

    Thank U bruddah & See U soon!!

    Peace!
