Great post. It not only applies to us as business owners but this is a great post for clients as well. I dont hand out compliments and tell my clients theyre doing well unless they really are and they know this. Some might hate me for it but the appreciate the honesty and the fact that I keep it real. I dont like it when trainers praise every little thing and are so insencere it makes us all look bad.
Anyway dont stop reaching for the top.
