Great post as always! I have been incorporating some boxing into my training sessions and the clients love it. Hitting the bags is a great stress relief as well as killer for the upper body! The other thing that stood out to me was the A.P.E principles. It's hard to keep your game face on at all times but I always try to remember that clients are coming to you for a great workout and an escape from the stress of life. Give them a killer session and have some fun and they will always come back. It's all about them!

Hey Everybody,

Thanks for the awesome feedback. I'm glad everyone really can benefit of incorporating boxing into their boot camps.

Nii your right that the confidence that clients and results that they get are amazing. I've even had clients that call me up just for boxing so they can relieve stress.

In the boxing for profits system I'm gonna to go over my little secret on how to raise your prices with boxing and having your clients being perfectly fine with it.

Thanks again Steve,

Boxing is a great tool and if you partner your clients up you can do even less!!

@SteveAuxier I love the idea of putting little signs on the bag. I normally tell my clients to picture someone or get angry with their boss etc but I think the visual will work even better.

Great work guys.

Steve,

Great interview! Wow kinda crazy idea, I started adding kickboxing mixed into my boot camps approximately 1 month ago and girls loved it. I would push little signs on the bags, like I love burpees or you are going to work overtime..love their boss! Just goofy stuff!

Hey Steve this was a great interview although I had trouble hearing your voice.

Bryan the info you gave was so on point. When I did 1 on 1 training my clients LOVED the boxing workouts. The confidence they get from boxing is insane and they get better results in what they also do in the weight room. Your were right on about the fact that you don't need a lot of equipment and that you can do a great boxing workout in an elevator.

I never thought about adding this to my boot camps.

Great idea Bryan. I love your keep it real attitude.

Hope to see you around NYC and you are right that you can still be successful on your own in NYC.

Hey,

Really interesting concept - adding boxing to a boot camp! I wonder what other sports you could throw into a boot camp too to make yours stand out too. You could market it as a boot camp where you're having so much fun doing exercises from all kinds of sports that you forget you're getting a killer workout at the same time. ;-)

Great advice again bro!
