Fitness Boot Camp Nightmare

Posted by stevehochman on Wednesday, May 6th, 2009

p31-1Dude, the first boot camp I ever opened sucked hairy goat balls.

I remember it like it was yesterday… It was the day before Christmas Eve, I woke up at 4:30am and it was POURING RAIN and FREEZING COLD…

(Maybe not for the rest of the country but freezing for Cali lol)

Two girls showed up so I said what the hell… And made them workout in the rain.

Good times

The next few days were cold, wet and muddy…

Oh wait a minute… I just remembered I have video of it.

Check it out

p31-2

p31-3

So, after accidentally stumbling upon a boot camp GOLDMINE, Bedros “Multiple 7-Figure Income Streams” Keuilian and I created PROJECT X, which was finally unveiled at the FBS09… And if you were there then you know it was FRIGGIN CRAZY!

Oh ya, in case you still don’t know… It’s the greatest boot camp BUSINESS model on the planet… Fit Body Boot Camp.

The reason I say business model, is because unlike those other boot camps, this model was designed to be duplicated and replicated all the way up to seven figures.

The coolest part about the Fit Body Boot Camp model is that it comes complete with over 10 different done-for-you boot camp marketing systems to put you on pace to be making six-figure and opening location number 2 within just 60 days.

Here’s a spread sheet of what happened in 59 days after using one of my six-figure boot camp marketing systems (Which didn’t cost a dime BTW)

p31-4
p31-5
p31-6

p31-7We only released a very limited number of Fit Body Boot Camps at FBS09 and will not be releasing any more for the next 60 to 90 days.

In fact, the only reason we released 30 of them, was to showcase 30 live case studies for the world to watch how fast these charter members can be on pace for 6-figures and be ready to open location 2 in just 60 days.

Sorry, you can’t get secure your geographical location just yet.

However, I am releasing two Mentorship spots where can you get coached 1 on 1 by me for an entire year…

My coaching program includes, no-holds-barred, ALL my boot camp and group training marketing systems, and tactics, seo secrets… FRIGGIN EVERYTHING!

p31-8Infact, one 15 minute conversation with me made Chris McCombs $106,324.22

But I am only looking for ACTION TAKERS and GO GETTERS who are 100% committed to achieving high multiple 6-figure income streams with their group training and boot camps.

The two spots I have open for 12 months of personal mentoring with me is $2997.

Next week it’s going up to $3997.

And since your gonna make 50 to 100X’s your investment, I think it’s a hell of a bargain.

BUT THIS IS NOT AN OPEN INVITATION FOR ANYONE!

Here’s what you do next…

Email me at Steve@SteveHochman.com and tell my why you would be a KICK ASS mentorship client who is a MASSIVE ACTION TAKER and will not let anything stand in your way from living your dream!

Thank you so much for all the support and success stories from all the stevehochman.com readers who I met at FBS09.

I truly appreciate you.

  3. Hey Jeff,
Should be releasing some FBBC territories within 75-90 days…
We’ll be documenting the 31 Charter FBBC members to see how fast they can get their boot camps to six-figures and be on their way to open location 2 and 3.

    Should be INSANE!

Yeah this FBBC program is pure genius. I hope all 11 others that have the books already are enjoying it as much as I am.

  6. Great video Steve, this stuff rocks. Can I ask is that your facility or do you hire it? UK standards are pretty dire compared with that unless its purpose built.

  13. Steve,

I’ve been reading your blog for a long time now and it’s been great. This however, is the first time I’ve posted. That video was freaking hilarious! I love how the music kicked in to “Motley Crue” and then black and white became color. Excellent! I run boot camps now in addition to some one-on-ones and I make $200 for each boot camp, and I don’t even make half of that for the one on ones. So which do you think I prefer to do??

Can’t wait to hear more about Fit Body Boot camp!

Thanks for all of your great stuff,

    Kevin

  14. Steve, In the UK quality facilties are not available as freely as the US so if you do sublease something which I have done before you can imagine everyone fights for the peak times.

The principles are still very possible though jus have to think outside the box a little.

    Keep up the momentum

  15. Great vid Steve

    I can echo Tom’s comments

I’ve so far had trouble getting an indoor location. Early in the morning, they’re not open and unwilling to give access.

In the evening, there’s a lot of competition for indoor space from soccer teams amongst others and getting a permanent lease agreement is a foreign language to them.

Gymnastics doesn’t seem to be as popular as it is over in US.
Are all your leases in gymnastic facilities.

I’m about to start outdoors but any ideas appreciated. Manchester is a wet place dude!

Would be great to see Project X work overseas : )

Got my human billboads ready to go dude, bring it on.

    Keep bringing it!

    Mike

PS Great stuff making Adam T fall on his ass chasing money bags last week. Loved it : )
You to Adam – good work!

  18. What is the best way to go about finding a facility to host indoor bootcamps?

Currently I am calling around to facilities like martial arts and cheer leading places because they have large rectangular rooms that I can fit many people into for the classes. And these places tend not to have morning classes (so they have free space available). However I am running into a lot of interference from the owners. You would think that with the current economy, these places would be happy to get help with the rents, but I am having communications problems (martial arts places) and a distinct lack of interest from most of the owners – they just don’t want to be bothered from what I can tell – insurance issues (got that covered), they are worried about cleaning up (or having to have the place clean when I get there) and having to have a person at the location when I am there (trust issues here – they could just give me a key).

What is the best way to pay for the use of the facilities?

I’m in the classic catch 22 here. I don’t have any bootcamp clients because I don’t have a facility so I don’t know what I can really afford. I’m trying to work it out such that I don’t have to pay a standard rent like $50 per hour of usage or $1500 per month. So I am trying to get a percentage split. How much is a good split now and later when I am more successful? I am planning to offer free memberships like Steve Hochman suggests upfront to get human billboards and two week free trials as well. So I could have a bunch of people using the facility and no revenue for a while. This situation doesn’t seem to sit well with the folks I am talking with.

    Thanks for all your help,
    Charles
