I asked her if it would be cool to share her boot camp review on my blog and she said “yup, no problem“ (That was way cool of her since this video was just for her)
This girl is gonna be a ROCKSTAR. She has only been teaching boot camp for 2 weeks and already has 20 people a class!

I had to pause this video to go coach my volleyball players, and on the way out I grabbed a stack of post-its for your “contract with yourself” idea. Works great! Thos girls killed themselves on a brutal leg matrix.
Normally about half drop out, but tonight they all finished!

Steve was also my mentor when I worked out at Next Level Fitness- The Greatest Gym on Earth.
His motivation and leadership changed my life.
He had so many clients he was just throwing them at me!
It was like an avalanche!
One day I approached him and asked him how can I make more money and the first thing that he asked me was, “What are you doing to increase your energy.”
There was no marketing or sales jargon.

It might have been a placebo, I don’t know.

Great clip! Volume was a bit low even with mine all the way up but I got the important stuff! Wish I could be at the FBS this year but I can’t. I’m a huge fan of Bedros and I love the way you both have networked to help us be the best trainers we can be!
