How To Never Run Out Of Kick Ass Energy For Your Boot Camps

Posted by stevehochman on Friday, March 27th, 2009

p20-1Lately I’ve had a ton of people who are using my boot camp marketing strategies ask me how the hell do I have so much energy.

I think one reason I’m getting this question so much is because when your boot camps are flooded with massive amounts of members, it can take a bit more energy then usual.

Shit, there’s nothing worse then having 30 to 50 paying boot campers in front of you when your energy’s low… THAT SUCKS big hairy donkey balls!

p20-2

Here’s a quick video explaining my “Endless Energy” secret

Enjoy -

BTW, Me, Chris McCombs and of course Bedros will be speaking here.

  1. Gday Knackers,

Yeah PURPOSE is HIGHLY important in having endless amounts of energy. Stress is a major downer when it comes to energy and if you are “just training clients” to pay the bills and are living pay check to paycheck your energy levels will suck. Figure out you purpose in life and strive to live it daily. It’s tough… and many people never achieve that feeling… but anyone can.. Find it.. Live it and be it… kick some ass and you’ll have mor eenrgy runnin through ya than a sparky with a fork in a power socket..

  2. Life’s purpose…right on Steve!

This is so important if you want to keep moving in the right direction. Otherwise, when obstacles come, or you lose a client or whatever the hell happens, it has the possibility of derailing you…IF you are not waking up with a purpose that has a plan behind it.

Thanks for always delivering some great information!

Adam – what’s up with the KNACKERS MATE!

  4. I like that Steve, it takes you to another level of business building! “A GREAT STATE OF MIND!”

Hey Donovan, where did you get the sound track for your boot camp? The one on YouTube with the ladies in the gym. I need something like that with the man counting down. Did you create it or did you buy it somewhere?

  5. Yo Steve!

Just finished recording a conference call with @coreycain (part of your positioning strategy)

It might’ve been lame being up early on a Saturday. but we were both friggin’ PUMPED because we were working on our goals, not just on a conference call.

  6. Great advice! I once read a book called ‘How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found’ (don’t ask). It it, the book discussed how people who started their plan to disappear immediately went from feeling horrible about their life to feeling on top of the world. Plan for something great and experience the feeling!

  7. Good stuff.
    We always here this.
Begin with the end in mind.

I always tell my clients not to focus on the grueling workout, but focus on the end result; achieving their dream body.
Sometimes, we need someone else to remind us to take our own advice.

    Thanks Steve.
