Yo Steve!

I filled up all of my personal training hours with this, and now I'm 100% focused on getting peeps in my fit body bootcamp.

I've just signed on a new trainer and h's using this method and getting my referrals, for that 50/50 split.

Thanks for everything!

Hey Jason,
That all depends if you are running a boot camp or personal training (sounds like personal training)

So here's my advice (with out knowing the exact details of your program)

Fill all the spots you can with the max number of clients you can take...
If you have 4 one of your hours then fill it with two more "human billboards at 15 per session (195 per month)

Now, when you are completely full, find some local trainers that ROCK and say this...

I am full, and cant take on any new clients... I will give you all my referrals and split the income with you 50/50

Now, you can start having other trainers work to make YOU money!

This shit works!

The way I see it, There are alot of people out there like him...Let's face it...the world is full of people that will never "get it"
I say let them keep on struggling and I'll be the one who comes in behind them and be training all the clients they'll never get..
Some people can't be taught, and you know this to be true. As the old saying goes...
"You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink"
Thanks Again for the insight,

Tarvin

Steve your are killing it like a Terminator. Thanks for the info. That was basic but right on. Too many 1 on 1 trainers are still stuck in the gym (CORPORATE) drone mentality that if I train 1 person for cheap yet they refer me 10 paying people I am devaluing myself. That's insane.

Thanks for this post.

I will try this technique and get back to you.

Can't wait to hear more from you man.

PEACE,

Nii
